Digital products, including ebooks and downloadable content, are non-refundable once delivered.
Print-on-demand merchandise is produced specifically for each order. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lilahlamarauthor@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt as required by applicable law. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original condition.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
